Position- Senior US IT RecruiterLocation of Posting: Hyderabad (Madhapur)Experience- We need a top-notch Recruiter with 3-5 Years of proven success.Work Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST) flexible to extend depending on work.
This job gives an excellent opportunity to make multiple closures and for a lucrative commission, if you are excited about working with direct clients then this job is just for you.
Required candidate’s profile

  • The ideal candidate must have experience working with Direct client requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience on W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C).
  • Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, contract-to-hire positions.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder.
  • Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
  • Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills handling US Citizens, Green Card holders.
  • Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
  • Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/full-time requirements.
