Experience: -3 to 5 year,
Job Description-
1. Good Knowledge BMS, PDU, TCU.
2.Knowledge and hands on experience on Battery and Li-Ion battery.
3.Li-Ion battery pack design at various capacities.
4.Cell level debug of Li-Ion batteries.
5.Error Analysis of BMS, PDU, TCU.
6.Machine Maintenance of Li-Ion Batteries at Production.
7. Battery pack error troubling in cell.
8.Parametric study on quality & reliability of resistive spot welding.
9.Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw solid conclusions.
10.Build cells and analyze data to quantitatively measure and compare cell performance.
11.Able to work in a laboratory type environment and familiar with standard tools.
12.Analyze data, interpret results, and write technical reports.
13.Support the product and process development teams in material evaluation, cell building, cell testing, and data analysis.
14.Configurations of modules to make battery packs for various applications such as EV and ESS segments.
15.Work with processing equipment in lab and pilot plant to further process.
16.Ingredients and flavors to develop new and improved processing methods and products.
17.Analyse, record, compile and present data collected from R&D.
