What is the Enterprise Vendor Management group responsible for?

  • The Enterprise Vendor Management team supports strategic initiatives and firm-wide objectives through the global management of labor and non-labor vendors for the purpose of delivering high quality vendor products and services to grow our investment management business, while optimizing the total cost of ownership.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Procurement Analyst?

Be part of the Global team covering a multi-million dollar Technology Spend Portfolio

  • Be working with the Global Tech & Business teams, understand their requirements for the service / product / platform (new opportunities, renewals, extensions, additional modules / services)
  • Help the team & the Director in managing the deals including setting up Sourcing Events, Doing Spend Analysis, Managing Renewal Calendars, Follow up with Operations, Archiving Contracts
  • Be constantly watching and reporting market movements (M&A, Major Announcements etc.) for key vendors

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Experience (Additional Experience Welcome) in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement / Vendor Management in the Technology Category (Financial Services Preferred; However, Experience in Other Industries is also appreciated)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Familiarity with IT Category (HW, SW & Services) landscape & Vendors
  • Familiarity in Creating sourcing events, contract requests / workspace

Qualifications, Skills & Experience – Nice To Have

  • Familiarity in running queries, spend reports & / or create dashboards.
  • Intermediate or advanced excel skills (Pivots, Formulas, Queries, Macros)
  • Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools (Power BI / Qlik/ Tableau)
  • Ability to understand basic contracts concepts & language.
  • Experience in negotiating pricing for any tech category.

Work Shift Timing - 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
