Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Aligarh for a Merchandiser. As a merchandiser at Crown Hardware, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with the design and sales teams to create an effective product line and inventory management strategy. You’ll manage relationships with vendors and participate in various stages of the product development process from sourcing to quality control, working with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management is preferred Demonstrable experience in merchandising and inventory management in a relevant industry The ability to work effectively across teams and independently Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other inventory management software... is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience with developing and executing sales strategies is a plus,
