Job Title : Sales Specialist– Lighting

Location: Jammu

Department : Sales

Exp: 3 to 8 years

Qualification : MBA

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for developing, expanding, and growing our Office, Retail, Hospitality, builder, healthcare business

• Be team-oriented, creative, and maintain a consistent approach to support through complex opportunities and challenges.

• Execute sales and deliver operational targets .

• Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area.

• Develop, maintain, and improve long-term partnership with customers with target

• Hunt for brand new opportunities for the segment . Develop channel ecosystem to maximize projects, client base, finances

• Create strong synergy in the zone by working closely with other teams, Specification Sales Leads, .

• Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers, and identify commercial opportunities.

• Ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification & Work Experience, Key Skills /Competencies

• Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in marketing/sales or a related discipline

• Minimum 3+ years, maximum 8 years in market/customer facing operations.

• Mandatory: 3+ years in multiple geographies, market/customer-facing role with experience in sales of electrical goods with good understanding of Lighting, Electrical/ Allied industry

• Understands complex sales cycles at strategic level.

• Is adaptive, collaborative, fast and executes flawlessly.

• Delivers on commitments.

• Communicates with impact.

• Possesses strong organizational abilities
