Role Summary

GM Manufacturingwill be responsible to oversee Manufacturing function for Animal Feeds Business, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities, technology and people.
Provide strategic inputs to CEO in terms New Technology, Innovation & Best practices.

Responsibilities

Oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance and quality standards are consistently met.
Plan and review production strategy to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goal standards are met.
Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance as per existing regulations, through collaboration with EHS,HR and compliance teams.
Works closely with the CEO on the long range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.
Identifies and shares training opportunities for staff to build and improve skills.
Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
Works with chief financial officer to develop and execute operating budget.
Delivers progress and production reports to executive team members as requested.
Supervises equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.
Actively part of any other special projects that comes up.

Position Requirements:

BE/B Tech with at least 15 years of experience in a manager of manager capacity. Extensive understanding of best in class technology
Willing to travel extensively across the country
Strong people skills
