it’s Sales and operations role in intrcity Sales Owning offline bus ticket sales in the region through travel agents and keeping a daily account Achieving ticket sales targets and agents onboarding numbers, educating and training agents regarding our B2B portal Regular visit to agents and relationship management; cash collection and deposit if required Responsible for spot bus ticket bookings and boarding point sales activities. Operations Responsibility of boarding the passengers to buses at dedicated boarding point through bus captains. Ensuring amenities on the buses are as promised to our customers. Supervision of service performance and continuous improvement customer ratings, NPS, on time arrival & departure. Regular coordination with bus operators and their staff to fix bus related issues within stipulated time. Handle ground staff like bus captains, driver/helpers and ensure compliance & SOP implementation. Execution of centrally devised offline... promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the city.
