Looking for a candidates with 3-6 years of experience in Credit – Loan against property.

Job Description

² Assessing creditworthiness of the potential client by studying financial history document submitted, market information, reference check etc.

² Underwriting and preparing credit proposal of cases in a consistent, concise and lucid manner.

² Ensuring systematic and timely verification processes, coordinating with verification agencies.

² Understanding of mortgage / property related knowledge (like legal title and market value)

² Meeting with client to understand the institute and concerned risk.

² Finalization of terms and condition of the proposal in consultation with higher authorities and client

² Timely processing of the proposals to ensure faster TAT.

² Coordinating with sales, operation, legal, technical and customer service.

² Ensuring adherence to the internal credit policy, RBI guidelines and guidelines specific to NBFC.
