• The Primary KRA of the Business Development Manager is to onboard Retail Outlets as authorised merchants within the assigned territory to sell the company’s product/s.
• To ensure minimum number of sales from each retail outlet and make them productive.
• To ensure product display and brand visibility in all retail outlets managed by him/her
• Leading a team of Sr Sales Officer / Sales Officer (wherever necessary) and ensure their targets and productivity.
• Maintaining healthy, positive and professional relationships with all member merchants and ensure incremental business from them on a continuous basis.
• Being up to date with thorough understanding of the Products and Services all the time and ensure training to all member merchants, their staffs and team on a regular basis.
• Develop/Suggest process improvements to optimize partner management activities and ensuring that all processes are followed by self and team in every aspect of their activities without any deviation.
• Address any Member Merchant issues in a timely manner.
• Collecting all required data from the team on a daily basis in designated format/s and share with the Central MIS team on a daily basis.
